With more than fifteen years’ experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Britain and Scandinavia, Chef Director Nathan Cornwell is shaping a new culinary chapter at The Woodcote, inspired by the landscape, the seasons and the finest local produce.

Seasonal, ingredient-led cooking sits at the heart of The Woodcote, with menus shaped by the landscape, our Chef’s Garden and trusted local producers.
Beyond the dining room, The Woodcote Bar and The Woodcote Cellar bring the same considered approach to seasonal cocktails, wines and spirits.
