BY CAR
From London, the simplest route is the A3 south. At Milford, join the A283 to Petworth. From Petworth, continue south on the A285 towards Chichester. After a 3 miles you will see signs to Graffham - turn right where signposted and follow the lane into the village.
As you come into Graffham, you will pass the village shop and the war memorial on your left. Keep going until you see a right hand turn signposted to Heyshott. Turn here and The Woodcote is about 100 metres along on the left.
We have ample parking on site, free of charge for all guests, along with two electric car charging stations.

From London Victoria, take the Portsmouth Harbour / Bognor Regis line to Pulborough Station. If you are travelling from London Waterloo, Haslemere Station is the closest. Taxis are usually available directly outside both stations, or we can help you pre book with one of our local companies.
