Join us on Thursday 15th October for an intimate evening celebrating Nyetimber’s prestigious 1086 wines, paired with a tasting menu created by The Woodcote’s Chef Director, Nathan Cornwell.
For more than 35 years, Nyetimber has pursued one ambition: to craft the finest English sparkling wine. At the heart of this special dinner are 1086 by Nyetimber Rosé 2016 and 1086 by Nyetimber 2014-the pinnacle of the estate’s winemaking, produced only in exceptional years and aged for up to ten years in Nyetimber’s cellars.
Nathan’s ingredient-led menu will bring together seasonal British produce and refined cooking, with each course thoughtfully composed to complement its accompanying wine. A representative from Nyetimber will present the wines throughout the evening, sharing insights into the estate and its winemaking.
With places very limited, this is a rare opportunity to experience two of England’s most distinguished prestige cuvées in the tranquil surroundings of the South Downs.
