WHERE DO NOT DISTURB HAS QUITE ANOTHER MEANING

Set within the South Downs National Park, The Woodcote is surrounded by rolling countryside, ancient woodland and some of West Sussex’s most beautiful landscapes.

Our six individually designed rooms offer a peaceful place to stay, whether joining us for dinner, escaping to the countryside for a few days or exploring the South Downs beyond our doors.

Several rooms have their own private terrace, while Tays welcomes four-legged companions too.

YOUR ROOM

Each of our six rooms has its own character, individually designed with a considered mix of colour, antique and contemporary pieces, natural fabrics and thoughtful details.

Comfortable and understated, every room has an en suite bathroom, Wildsmith skincare and everything you need for an unhurried stay.

Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning, with a choice of something light or a more leisurely start to the day. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the gardens, settle by the fire or simply take their time before heading out into the South Downs.

For those wishing to explore further, walking and cycling routes including the South Downs Way and Serpent Trail are close by, and our team will always be happy to recommend places to visit and things to do.
